Engineer and Executive Posts
For candidates applying for Engineer and Executive positions, the exam will consist of 150 questions to be completed in 150 minutes. The distribution of questions is as follows:
- General Awareness: 15 questions
- Reasoning: 15 questions
- Concerned Discipline: 120 questions
Correct answer – 1 mark
Incorrect Answer – 0.25 marks
Junior Mine Surveyor and Junior Overman Posts
For the exam of position Junior Mine Surveyor and Junior Overman, the exam will be of total 100 MCQs and total time is 120 minutes:
- General Awareness: 10 questions
- Reasoning: 10 questions
- Subject-Related: 80 questions
The marking scheme remains the same, 1 mark for correct answer and a penalty of 0.25 marks.
Junior Officer Trainee (Guest House) Post
Candidates applying for the Junior Officer Trainee (Guest House) position will face an exam comprising 100 questions to be completed in 120 minutes. The sections include:
- General Awareness: 10 questions
- Reasoning: 10 questions
- Subject-Related: 80 questions
The same marking scheme applies, with 1 mark for each correct response and a deduction of 0.25 marks for incorrect answers.
